In celebration of Ardbeg Day 2014, an exclusive whisky was introduced on May 31st, coinciding with the distillery's annual open day during the Islay Festival. This unique release drew its name from the iconic gold and green packaging of Ardbeg's bottles, which also echoed the vibrant colours of the Brazilian flag, a nod to the host nation of the 2014 World Cup.
