Suntory Hibiki Japanese Malt Whisky, produced by the renowned Suntory distillery in Japan, is celebrated for its harmonious blending and elegant profile. First introduced in 1989, Hibiki is known for its meticulous craftsmanship, drawing upon both traditional Japanese whisky-making techniques and modern innovations. The whisky is crafted from a selection of malt whiskies from Suntory's Yamazaki and Hakushu distilleries, as well as grain whisky from the Chita distillery, resulting in a well-balanced and complex flavor profile.

Hibiki whiskies are aged in a variety of cask types, including Japanese Mizunara oak, which imparts unique and subtle flavors to the final blend. However, they announced the discontinuation of Hibiki 17 in May 2018, and is no longer listed on the company's website as of March 2024.
