Kilkerran Single Malt Whisky

Kilkerran Single Malt Whisky, produced by the Glengyle Distillery in Campbeltown, Scotland, has a fascinating history rooted in revival and tradition. The distillery was established in 1872 but faced numerous closures and changes in ownership throughout its history.

In 2004, it was acquired by J&A Mitchell & Company, the owners of nearby Springbank Distillery, who embarked on a mission to revive the dormant distillery. Kilkerran whiskies are known for their traditional craftsmanship, with a focus on small-scale production and hands-on techniques.
