UK Deliveries:
We offer nationwide delivery within the UK, with a standard delivery time of 3-4 working days for free. For faster delivery, you can choose our express option from £2.95. Feel free to provide any specific delivery instructions during the checkout process.
For seamless communication with our couriers, we recommend utilising the tracking link provided in the tracking information email. Take charge of updates and connect directly with the courier for a smooth delivery process.
Deliveries Outside the UK:
We currently only ship to the following countries outside the UK:
- Europe: Albania, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Germany, Gibraltar, Guernsey, Ireland, Jersey, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Moldova, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Switzerland,
- USA (ONLY to the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, Washington State, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming).
Please note that for all orders shipped outside of the UK, you will have no UK VAT to pay when you order from our website. Instead, VAT will be deducted from the price of the order once you select your destination country. You will, however, be asked to pay the local duty and taxes upon the arrival of your order in the destination country. Once your order arrives, you will be contacted directly by the local Customs office who will ask you to pay these outstanding charges for the order to be released for onward delivery.
We don’t know how much these charges will be and we therefore advise contacting your local customs office or government website for advice before ordering.
Typical fees that the local customs office will expect you to pay include:
1) Customs duty (a tax imposed on goods when they are transported across international borders
2) Excise Duty: Usually a fixed amount per litre of pure alcohol for spirits.
3) VAT / AVT / GST: Value Added / Added Value tax / Goods and Services Tax
We use DHL express to transport our goods internationally. They provide an excellent tracking service, enabling you to track the progress of the order and alerting you as to when the bottle has arrived at your local customs office. Once there, the customs office will contact you via email and/or telephone informing you that the bottle has arrived and advising you of any outstanding fees you will need to pay in order for DHL to be given permission to continue delivering the bottle to your chosen address.
Order Updates:
All our orders originate from our fulfilment centre in Edgware, Middlesex. Once you complete your order, expect an email confirmation sent to the provided address within minutes. If you can't find it, check your junk folder and ensure our emails are marked as safe.
Track your order with the provided tracking information, accessible through the email link or by manually entering the tracking number on the courier's website. In case of missed deliveries or uncertainties, resolve them directly with the courier.
