Scorch, an exclusive release from Ardbeg in single malt form, undergoes maturation in ex-bourbon barrels that have been intensely charred. This process gives rise to a bouquet that presents scents of hazelnuts, aniseed, a rich smokiness, garden herbs, pine, and fennel.
