The Dalmore 2005 Vintage is a meticulously crafted single malt, matured in American white oak ex-Bourbon casks and enhanced with Matusalem and Vintage 2005 Sherry casks. This non-chill filtered whisky boasts a natural colour and a symphony of aromas, including dark chocolate, salted caramel, antique leather, and orange citrus. Its rich palate reveals flavours of cacao, blood orange, dark fruits, marzipan, and ginger cake, leading to a prolonged finish of Madagascan vanilla, Seville orange, rich nuttiness, and dry chocolate.
