Dalmore 2007 Vintage

The Vintage Collection: Annually in November, the Dalmore whisky craftsmen undertake a journey to the historic sandstone warehouses of the distillery to delve into the aging casks. In the cool shadows, these casks undergo meticulous evaluation, with only a select few exhibiting unique qualities being chosen from each year. The matured spirit from these chosen casks is then expertly combined to craft a harmonious vintage - a rare whisky that reflects the essence of that particular year at the Dalmore.

The 2007 vintage undergoes maturation in American white oak ex-bourbon casks, further enriched by the addition of hand-picked aged Matusalem Apostoles, Amoroso, and Marsala casks.
